Music scholars from all disciplines showed us just how committed and dedicated they are. A truly delightful evening!
Children between the ages of nine to nineteen performed music from around the world, including sounds from England, Spain, Germany, Cuba and Argentina. The concert consisted of pianists, guitarists, saxophonists, cellists, a violist and singers who celebrated and shared the tradition of music making at Taverham Hall.
In support, and to compliment these young performers, Charlie Caine and Christine Godfrey also performed some fantastic pieces. Jack Stamp, himself a past Taverham Hall Music Scholar, performed with great sincerity, enthusiasm and confidence with only one week's notice.
Our thanks go to Brian Coxford, Chairman of the Norwich Music Society, Wendy Stamp and Jane Bentley for organising the evening, and to everyone else involved for their support.
